Az elsőre hallgass, ott az igazság. A felsorolásnál mindig az elsőhöz igazítod az is/are-t:

There is a bed, a fishbowl...

There are two desks, three chairs and a bed...

There is a big bed, a fishbowl, a desk, a TV, a sofa and mirror in my room, and on the wall my favourite boyband's picture/poster.

"In my room" természetesen mehet legelőre is, ahogy Te írtad.
