She was born on 15th of September, 1890 as Agatha Mary Clarissa Miller. Her mother, Clara Boehmer was English and her father, Frederick Alvah Miller was American. She had got a sister and a brother, Madge and Mondy. She was the youngest one.

In 1897 they moved to South France because her father was sick and they hadn’t got lot of money. She learnt French and she played the piano. She loved music and operas.

Later, they moved to England. In 1901 her father died. Her sister got married in 1902.

Agatha met with Archibald Christie in 1912. They got married in 24th of December, 1914 and they had a child in 1919. During the First World War she worked as a nurse in a hospital, later that she worked in a chemical laboratory. She guessed that she want to wrote a book about somebody kill a person with poison and a detective who explore the truth. He is Hercule Poirot.

When she finished her book, she sent to a lot of publisher but they decline it. Finally the book is out in 1920.

Later Archibald told Agatha that he love an other woman and he want to divorce. When her husband went for a holiday with his lover, she disappeared and she left a letter for her secretary. She went to Yorkshire. Nobody knows why she did this. In 1928 she divorced.

She got married again in 1930 with Max Mallowan.

During the Second World War Christie worked as a nurse again. She won the „Dame Commander of the British Empire” name in 1971.

She died when she was 85, in 1976.

She was born as Norma Jeane Mortenson in Los Angeles, but we known for her mother’s first husband as Norma Jeane Baker. She was born in 1926. She spent her childhood in boarding school. She didn’t knew her father and when she was 5, her mother went to mental home.

When she was 16, she left secondary school and got married.

In 1944 a photographer of army discovered her and she became a model. The 20th Century Fox gave her little roles. She changed her haircolor to blond and she changed her name.

Her first famous performance was „The Asphalt Jungle” in 1950.

In 1953 she was the first covergirl of Playboy. In 1955 she studied in The Actors Studio.

Her husband was Arthur Miller but she had an affair with John F. Kennedy and his brother, Robert Kennedy.

She died mysteriously in 1962 when she was just 36 years old.
