I am writing regarding claim number 19749.

My mother was in the apartment, and she just noticed that there is soaking in the pantry as well, which the damage expert did not inspect.

Furthermore, as we have written before, the claims expert left the simplified damage calculation section blank in the claims report, and determined HUF 0 as the amount, which we still don't understand.

Also, since the wall is still wet, we consider it necessary to knock down the plaster in order to prevent further collapse.
