My name is XY, I am 19 years old and I would like to apply for the position of Animal Carer/Attendant, as advertised on the company's website.

Currently, I am studying at University, completing the Diploma of Office Rceptionist and Business Course, as I am looking for a career in this field.

I speak fluent English, Spanish, German and Hungarian.

The advertised part-time working hours would suit me fine, as I do have study and personal commitments to fulfil.

Two years ago, I worked as a receptionist at my mother's animal shelter business .It was a memorable experience to work with the animals and to care for them, as well as, it was rewarding to know that all efforts were made to place them into a loving, caring home.

My work experience included various aspects of the job, such as ensuring cleanliness, feeding, training, attending to office work as well as just enjoying spending time with these cute but abandoned animals.

As my referees can attest, I am a friendly, responsible and reliable person. I have an affinity with animals and I also have excellent customer service skills.

I believe I am capable and I am fit for this position. It would be an honour to work at a job that I thoroughly enjoy and excel at.
