You rent a house. I think it HAS got pros and cons as well ,but I guess there are more from the disadvantageS . Renting a house is of course much more cheaper than buy one . But there are a lot of annoying neighbours .I live in a DETACHED HOUSE and I like it very much, especially in spring when the weather is good and I can go into the nature and read or sunbath. I could not live in a block of flats ,because it is too small for me and I could not have a dog either . Of course it has some advantages for example we do not have to cut the grass it is smaller so we can KEEP it ORDER more easily . But I am very happy to live in XY . Firstly because most of my friends live here and I do not have to travel to see them , secondly because the town itself is cosy . It is neither too big nor too small and it offers very good shopping facilities . I think it is a busy and lively town .
