It has not been possible to notify the contravention specified below, under the terms of art. 200 of the Road Traffic Code, as the road conditions were such that the offender could not be stopped without causing danger to other vehicles. Under the terms of art. 196 and art. 201 of the Road Traffic Code, the iegal proprietor of the vehicle or of the number plate as indicated by the relevant authorities will be held responsible for the contravention until proof to the contrary is available.
