A németek az asszírok leszármazottjai?

Találtam egy ilyen kijelentést, hogy igazából az asszír birodalomból vándoroltak ide az asszírok és ők lettek a németek.

Ancient Hindu literature uses both the word "Asgras" and "Daityas" to refer to the Assyrians. "Daityas" is a Sanskrit word for "Deutsch"
