As always with Skye, use Hidden to be able to get to the target, then proceed as above - Note that Smoke Bomb does not actually break Hidden's stealth. You won't have Hidden available to get out again, which is where Smoke Bomb and Emergency Exit come in. These can greatly help you escape; Not only does Smoke Bomb effectively blind enemies within its radius, you get stealth for 3s when entering it, which can get you around a corner, especially with the extra movespeed from Dissipate.
