Levelezőtárs angolul (leírás alább angolul)?
I would like to reactivate my english after years of inactivity. My level is B2. I work as an engineer and it would be awesome to put some technical aspects in it, but i would not mind any other issues to write about as well.
If you are interested, you can send me a PM at this site. Thank you!
"after years of inactivity. My level is B2."
How do you know?
Maybe it would be easier if you would share us what kind of engineer you are. :)
...sSome "technical aspects" could be related to the actual profession...
Anyway, my suggestion is to register on a profession-related forum like eevblog or 43oh as an electrical engineer, but you may also find interesting videos related to different professions at youtube where you may also use comment section for practicing spoken English.
Because i made a b2 exam long ago.
It does not matter what kind of engineer i am, because i like to exchange thoughts about science in general.
"i made a b2 exam long ago"
That means your level was B2 "long ago". :D
It's "do" or "take" or "sit" or "sit for" an exam, not "make". ;-)
#3 - maybe it does not matter a lot, however, as part of our conversation, may I ask you what kind of Engineer you are?
(It is a simple question, not related to language skills.)
Do you guys mind if I correct some mistakes sometimes? :)
"However" should be used like this:
Maybe it doesn't matter a lot. However, as part of...
That is to say it is in the next sentence, rather than in the same one.
Thanks, for the correction, i did the b2 exam long ago.
I graduated as a mechanical engineer.
I am not an engineer so I wouldn't understand much about you job.
You can PM me and we can start a conversation about something else.
