Key Responsibilities:
Providing the complex secretarial activities (receiving and sending mail, providing
telephone connections, receiving and transmitting telephone notes, solving protocol to a
company, establishing the necessary consumable);
Selection, distribution and classification documents;
Making documentation on the required themes using various sources of information;
Engaged in prospecting the market;
Active involvement in the recruitment and selection process, searching and finding labor
power, testing knowledge and skills in interview;
Coordinates staff and ensures compliance with internal regulations and procedures
(control of workers house constantly, making the rules presentation clear and precise
granting sanctions when needs, attracting good cooperation between workers and
management);
Schedule interviews and audiences;
Participation in business meetings with the manager of the company and take a
persuasive approach the company offer;
Counseling clients on issues of personnel;
Tracks invoices and compliance of negotiated prices;
Performs any other tasks received from the manager, depending on situations concrete
that may appear;
Responsible for promoting company image by the conduct adopted and activity.

Can communicate effectively;
Is well organized and can delegate tasks;
Can maintain confidentiality on relevant matters;
PC operating knowledge
Resistance to stress, repetitive tasks
Planning and organizing activities;
Ease, clarity and coherence in expression;
Fairness, honesty, flexibility and punctuality;
Spirit of order and discipline;
Ability to self-organization;
Ability to work independently.
Problem solving
The Assistant is independent, able to procure all necessary for personal living (food,
clothes, products for personal use);
The Assistant is obliged to take care of free accommodation offered (perform and
maintain the cleanliness, maintain flat in good conditions, not destroy the goods and
ensure they are proper functioning;
The Assistant duty includes but is not limited to resolve problems/situations that are
referred to staff supervision which can occur daily.
Working schedule:
The working program is flexible, depending on the agenda, adapted depending on
events;
Working hours require the Assistant engaged in job availability ( Avaible on phone
24/7).

Start salary 1300 Euros/net

Space: Has own office

Accommodation: Can be managed by company
Traveling often outside the firm, in the country and abroad
