After you help that girl with the ice Pokemon on four island located in the icefall cave. (That's where you also find HM waterfall). After that go to Mt. Ember on One island and go to the right where you will see two team rocket members talking about some passwords to get into their warehouse. After you beat them go inside and somewhere there will a ruby that you give to Celio. Then get a pokemon that can use cut. Then head to Ruin Valley on six island.(Use cut on the door that has those words that we don't understand). When you get inside drop though that black hole. Then you will see four more. Go up,right,left,down. Then a scientist will give you the second password. Go to five island put the passwords in. And get to the scientist so you get the Sapphire. Give that to Celio. Then head to Cerulean cave(that guy won't be there no more forever). Mewtwo is in there somewhere on a small island surrounded by water."
