The main character was a brown/beige colored man with no clothes, and he carried his son(?) in a backpack.

Enemies were objects in the house and later indians.

Notable gameplay mechanics:

You started in a house, had to go through several rooms and the furniture and objects attacked you, for eg. the toilet plunger got stuck on your face. (This was the funniest part so we remember vividly.)

When you got out of the house, there were Indians (Native Americans) attacking you with bows.

Other details:

These are faint memories, but maybe the main menu included the American flag and patriotic music.
