Create a Vue.js application that renders a randomly generated list and manipulates its items based on the following conditions:

- The list should have 20 elements at the start.

- Start a function that will run every two seconds when the Vue instance is ready.

- This function should add or remove elements to/from the list based on these conditions:

- Every element should be a simple string with a random number at the end. eg.: 'item #4232'.

- Randomly decide whenever the function should add or remove elements to/from the list.

- Generate a second number between 1 and 5 and add/remove that many pieces to the list.

- The rendered list should show the item indexes before every element.

- Show a red warning to the user when the number of elements is under five.

- When there are no elements to show, reveal an error message to the user instead of the list.
