Lehet ezzel az . Exe fájlal kezdeni valamit?

Van egy kis program aminél az exe fájl kér egy kódot. Ezt nem lehet valahogy kikerűlni vagy kivenni? A Resource Hacker programmal megnyitottam a fájlt és ez adta elő:
