Account limited a payal-on, mi lehet a baja?

Pénzt kaptam a számlámra, pár hónapja. Aztán kérte, hogy erősítsem meg hogy enyém-e a számla (400 forint átutalással). Ez kész is lett, de utána le limitálta a számlám. Nem értem miért, mindent már elküdtem nekik.

Ezt íja ki:
