Hogy történik a Lockerz SHOP-jából a rendelés?

Shipping


Your item will ship from our warehouse as indicated on the product details page.


Once your order is at the warehouse and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email and we will finalize payment arrangements for your order. Our orders are usually shipped via UPS; however, we may use other methods when we choose.


Currently we ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, Gaum, and Puerto Rico). However, we cannot ship to U.S. post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


From time to time, we may upgrade your order's shipping method at no charge to you.

Shipping Cost

At Lockerz, you can either pay for shipping or use PTZ to discount your shipping cost. Shipping costs are based on the weights of the items in your order and the zone to which they are being shipped. Please note that oversized items will require special shipping fees. If these special conditions and fees apply, we will notify you on the item detail page.

Returns


We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not, we want to make it simple for you to return.


You can return apparel and accessories to our warehouse up to 21 days for US orders and 30 days for all other countries from the date of shipment. You can return electronics to our warehouse up to 14 days for US orders and 23 days for all other countries from the date of shipment. For the return to be accepted, we must receive your returned items in our warehouse before those cutoff dates. If you have questions or concerns about an item that is eligible for return, please email Customer Support at: orders@lockerz.com.


All returns received on or before the cutoff date will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item at our warehouse. We then will send an email to your account to let you know we have processed your return.


Any PTZ that you may have used toward your purchase will be refunded at the time we process your return. We will also cancel any PTZ that are pending for purchasing this item when your return is processed. However, the timing will be different for any other payments because other parties are involved. In those situations, credits for returned items may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

How to Return an Item


Returning an item is easy. Be sure that you have the packing slip and return label that came with your order. Simply select the item and reason code on the packing slip, and ship it to us.


You may use the shipping carrier of your choice to send your return back to our warehouse. However, we do request that you use the packing slip and return label that came with your order.


We will refund the cost of shipping (either cash or PTZ) for items that are defective or were not on your original order. Please contact support@lockerz.com for help with this.

Acceptable Returned Items


Only apparel and accessory items received in our warehouse within 21 days for US orders and 30 days for all other countries from their original shipment date to you that are new, unworn, and contain all original packaging will be accepted and processed for refunds. All tags also must be attached.


Only electronics received in our warehouse within 14 days for US orders and 23 days for all other countries from their original shipment date to you that are unopened, new, unused, and contain all original packaging will be accepted and processed for refunds.


No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse. We will also not accept:


* Non-defective, opened computer software, movies, music or video games

* Gift Cards

* Pre-paid cards (e.g., music, photo, video or phone cards)

* Digital content (e.g., music downloads)

* Consumable or personal items such as food, drink, personal care products or batteries

* Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse

* Etched or otherwise personalized items

* Any item that specified on the site as non-returnable


If you've ordered more than one of the same item and do not indicate which one you'd like us to accept for return, we will refund the more expensive item.

Exchanges

Due to the limited number of specialty items we have in our sales, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Wrong, Damage or Defective Items

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Lockerz, was damaged in transit, or is defective, please contact Customer Support at support@lockerz.com so that we can resolve the problem for you.

Bundle Purchases

You cannot return an individual item that was part of a bundled package, for example one t-shirt out of a bundle of three. The entire bundle must be returned.

Late Returns

We cannot accept returned merchandise beyond the 14-day or 23-day returns window for US and 21- or 30-day returns window for all other countries. Unfortunately, items received after these periods will not be refunded, and your package will be returned to you at your expense. In addition, we will treat the merchandise as purchased, meaning no refund of any PTZ used in discounting your purchase but also no cancellation of any pending PTZ being earned through the purchase. If we receive the same late return package a second time, there still will be no refund, but this time we will keep the merchandise.

Cancellations and Changes

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You will be charged once the order ships from our warehouse. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you via e-mail. In such cases, you will not be charged for any payment. Any PTZ that you used on that item will be refunded in full, and any pending PTZ for that item will be cancelled.

PTZ®

All products purchased on Lockerz allow you the opportunity to earn PTZ. When you place your order, you will see the PTZ earned in a "Pending" status in red next to your available PTZ balance on the bottom right of the page. These PTZ will move from a pending status (red) to being deposited and available PTZ 30 days for US orders and 37 days for all other countries after the merchandise is shipped to you from our warehouse. These pending PTZ may not be redeemed or used in any way until they have been deposited into your account.

Terms of Use

Lockerz is bringing you the SHOP experience with the ability to use and earn PTZ and many other services and features as one of the advantages of being a Lockerz member. As a result, all the conditions of membership apply, including the Terms of Use and the associated PTZ Rules. We urge you to review these Terms and, without intending to limit or modify any of them, remind you that you are responsible for any violations involving your account, the wrongful earning or acquisition of PTZ, or other improper activities related to the website, and that Lockerz reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies for violations of the Terms, up to and including terminating your membership.

If I'm international, how will currency conversion work?

All prices in SHOP appear in U.S. dollars, but will be charged to your PayPal method of payment in your local currency. You may be required to pay a currency conversion fee depending upon the payment method associated with your PayPal account. For more information, please contact PayPal.

How do duties and taxes work for international shoppers?

For all international orders, we will show estimated value-added taxes on the cart page. The tax indicated on your order is only an estimate. When your order arrives, you or the recipient may be required to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) and/or import customs/duties, which will be charged in your local currency by UPS at the time of delivery and/or import. Please contact UPS for information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. Lockerz will not be able to handle this on your behalf and will not be able to answer questions about the UPS collection of payments.

Will I be able to order all products in shop if I'm an international member?


Lockerz may be unable to ship some products to your country due to customs restrictions. In this case, you will see a notice on the cart page indicating we are unable to ship the product.


However, under all circumstances, you are the importer and, therefore, the responsibility for making sure that it is legal to import the product you are ordering to the destination you have chosen is yours, not Lockerz'. Likewise, with all products shipped internationally, it is you, not Lockerz, that must consider at least the following: any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; the products may not meet the destination country's applicable standards, labeling requirements, and specifications; the products may not use or meet the destination country's electrical standards; manufacturer service options may not be available and any accompanying product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in primary language of the destination country.

Does lockerz ship internationally for shop?

We currently ship orders to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States.

What happens if i refuse an order?

If you refuse your order for any reason, your PTZ will not be refunded. Additionally, we may charge a restocking fee as a penalty.

Sajnálom, hogy ezt kell írnom, de kár volt feltenned a kérdést... (mellesleg egy évvel később írok rá választ XDXD grat nekem)

A SHOP-ból jelenleg még csak az Amerikaiak tudnak rendelni, egyébként úgyvan, h a tárgynak van egy alap ára, amit valós pénzből ki kell fizetni, de a pontokkal lejjebb vihetjük az árát, tehát a pontok a shopban csak arra valók, hogy olcsóbban tudjuk megvenni a tárgyat, de mondom... CSAK AMCSIKNAK VAN EGYENLŐRE SHOP!
