To better solve your problem, could you please send the following files to us?

For DxDiag.txt, you could open DirectX Diagnostic Tool by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, typing dxdiag in the Search box, and then pressing ENTER. Click "Save all information" in the new "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window, and save the "DxDiag.txt" file on your desktop.

For EE.log, it can be found at:

Windows Vista, 7, 8:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Warframe

Windows XP:

%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Warframe

*you can just copy and paste one of the codes above (according to your Windows version) into any Windows Explorer folder address bar and hit Enter.

Once you have these files, please just attach them to this ticket by using the Attach file button, so I can take a look at it.

If or when you experience your next crash of Warframe you should see an error window pop up mentioning the Evolution Engine crashing.

Next time you see that please complete the process and enter any details about what you were doing at the time of the crash. Once completed the crash reporting tool will give you an error Number that will look like WAR-#### With that we can start to narrow down your problem.
