I am writing to complain about the shop assistants gruff behaviour. Two days ago I decided that I buy a new phone, and I did not think about where would I buy it, because I have bought a lot of products in your market.

Today I was in the market and I did not have any idea about what kind of phone should I buy. For this reason I requested a shop assistant let me help. First time she was kind and helpful, but when her phone was ringed she walked away and left me alone. Ten minutes later she came back, and obviously I asked her why did she leave me? Afterwards she became very harsh and mean and she started shout with me.

I thought she probably had a bad day, but I was especially angry when the second assistant behaved similar. I asked him about the phone's technical quality, but she told me: You can not see? There are the technical qualities, you are fool!”

For this reasons I request you speak to them, as I remember their names are Suzy and Joey.

I was hurt so much by their. In the future if I have any kind of situations I will have to buy in another market in the future.

Today almost everyone have mobile phone, because it is indispensable. We use it for phone calls, writing SMS, or what do we want. But people use it too much and this is not good for social life.

Basically there are many advantages that we use phone. As I said the phones are indispensable and very useful. We use phone when we are in danger or we had an accident. We can talk the emergency call. The other reason why mobile phones are useful is we can talk or chat with our relatives or friends who live in abroad and without phone we can't keep in touch with them.

Unfortunately there are also many disadvantages, for example if we use the social media on our phone without stop we can easily become dependent. Actually there are a lot of accident because people used phone during driving or they used on the bicycle. Please be careful! The further disadvantage is if we use phone in unsuitable situation, we can easily look rude.

Finally, as I see it mobile phones are very useful if we use correctly and we use with limits.
