You will move to a country where English is spoken. Good, then go for it! Go there half a year before you begin your job there and focus on communicating everywhere! Go to clubs and pubs! Talk to people in the shops, on the street, on the bus... literally, be a nuisance to them :D talking like you are obsessed :D and do not worry what they think about that or about your English.
