I have ordered a mobile phone case (ide ird a hirdetett nevete, modell szamat, vagy a linket a hirdetesbol, on (datum).
While the ordered product has arrived in a timely manner, I am very disappointed that unfortunately the pattern is different from what I have ordered.
A speedy rectification would be very much appreciated.

Na igen, the little problem is not the colour but the pattern.
If I was in this situation, I wouldn't be wondering but asking, almost demanding to come to a mutually satisfactory solution. In plain English, but not in bogan style, I want it to be replaced, at seller's cost.
I'm quite sure, even the Chinese would understand, if not, Google might help them out.
