Another operating system

The game does not support cross-platform, therefore, there is no possibility to use the same account on a different platform. In order to transfer your progress to another platform, follow the instructions below given by Gameloft Customer Care:

1. Sign into the game on the original device

2. Connect game to Facebook with the same account that you will use in the new device

3. Wait 30 minutes while connected to the game, making sure not to let it time out (i. e. stay in the game 30 minutes without closing it; the game times out every 5 minutes if it detects no user activity -> make sure to lightly tap it every 5 minutes or less to prevent a time-out)

4. Press the Pause Button Icon.png and then Customer Care button inside the game

5. Scroll to the bottom and choose "Gameplay Issues"

6. Complete the necessary information carefully, making sure to include your recruitment code

7. Sign into the game on the destination device

8. Connect game to Facebook with the same account that you connected in the old device

9. Repeat steps 3, 4, 5 and 6
